By accessing and using the MatchEngine booking platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Our Services

MatchEngine provides an online booking platform that connects users with sports and activity venues. We facilitate the booking process but the actual service is provided by the venue operators.

Bookings

When making a booking through our platform:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment or venue approval
• Cancellation policies are set by individual venues
• Failure to attend a confirmed booking may result in charges

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Refunds are subject to the venue's cancellation policy.

Limitation of Liability

MatchEngine acts as an intermediary between users and venues. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by venues, venue cancellations, or any disputes between users and venues.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
